Email to let me know my phone number will be deleted...

Hi,

I received an email to inform me  my phone number will be deleted.

I sent a txt a few days go , so I have been  charged for that.

I realised then my credit left has been wiped and my balance is back to zero...

I tried to register my debit card online to top up but nothing is recorded,only a message to let me know p"please try again n a few hours".....

I'm abroad and cannot buy a voucher.

Please let me know why my debit card cannot be registered and why I received this email despite I have been charged for a txt a few days ago?

@pardub Hi there, if you still need to top-up try our instant top-up section here. If you run into any difficulties let me know. The main reason you may be unable to register your credit card is due to you being abroad. Once you're back in Ireland try registering your card & if you still run into difficulties pop back to me here. 

I'll need to take a closer look at your account regarding the email you received. I can see that you've PM'd me so I'll get your account details & check why you were sent the email.
