Expired Credit

Hi there.

I went to check my balance today and it was at 0.01 - down from 30.26 -and is listed as a credit adjustment on August 14th.  My last use of the account was on august 13 - when I sent a single text message.

My credit and number aren't supposed to expire unless I don't use it for six months, so I am careful to always do so (it is a secondary number).

Can anyone look into this?

Thanks,

Jerry

@Jerry_01424, Hi there, you you happen to remember when was the last time you topped-up? Let me know and we'll go from there.

Hi. Thanks for getting back to me. It has been a while - October 2015 I believe.  But again, was under the impression that credit wouldn't expire if the phone has a charged activity every six months.  Thanks again!

@Jerry_01424 , sorry about the delay in getting back to you Jerry. So the idea behind the charged activity and or top-up is so that your number is deactivated and sent to be recycled. I'm also getting the feeling that you have one of our legacy plans from way back in the day. If so, the Ts&Cs around credit expiry dates for legacy plans were updated in December 2020 >  https://notifications.three.ie/EECC/prepay/2

It's possible that you missed the SMS at the time or had forgotten about it. Maybe going forward, keep in mind to top-up every few months?
