FAILED SCHEDULED AUTOMATIC TOP UP

I had set up my automatic top up but this month didn't go ahead even the 20 euros are pending on my bank account since 29 th april

Due to this I ran out of 80 euros balance and unable to do any call and internet 

Customer service imposible to be contacted

Anyone had the same issue here?
