How can I change my phone number linking to my my3 account?

How can I change my phone number linking to my my3 account?

I have been out of Ireland for 3 years and lost my old number's sim card.

Now I'm back. Bought a new number. I login to my3 and found my my3 account still show my old number in some places such as in "My3 Account" > "Detailed Usage" or contact number.

When I tried to top-up, at "Who are you topping up for?", it shows "Me" which I don't know it means my old number or the number in my current sim-card.

I certainly don't want to spend 20 euro to try and see which number will get the top-up.

Can you help me clarify if "Me" means the sim card's number or my old number?
And if it's my old number, how can I change the number linked to my my3 account?

I'd be happy to help you here, if you haven't completed a top up via the My3 app then the "Me" that you are seeing is more than likely the old number however I'd like to have a look at the account so I can give you more accurate information. Pop through to us here on PM along with your full name, current mobile number, address, date of birth and your My3 username so I can look into this further for you.
