Just that. Both logins were set up under the same email address.
Account 1 - I had the password for this.
Account 2 - I forgot the password but when I reset it, it reset the above one because they have the same email address. Now I can't get into Account 2 and resetting it again obviously won't help as it will just reset Account 1, again.
Under MY3 ACCOUNT on the dashboard the down arrow brings up an option to Select or add account but this doesn't work, just brings me to a page to buy another plan.

When you are logged into your My3 account you can add an existing number to your My3 account by selecting "Manage Profile" by clicking on your My3 Profile Picture on the top right of the screen. From here select "Manage My Account" then select "Add Account" and finally follow the steps to "Link your number".
I tried this suggestion to add my second phone to my existing account but get the following error:
A profile already exists for these details. Pop into your My3 dashboard via My applications below to view your account.
I'm not sure what to do now.
