How to cancel Scheduled top up, or make sure it is cancelled

Hey @jsjdndusje  , Welcome to the 3Community 🙂

You can add, check and remove scheduled top-ups on the web version of My3, which you can also view on the web browser on your phone. Once you have logged into My3 you can then select Scheduled Top-Ups on the home dashboard, then select the Scheduled Top-Ups tab and from here you can view the active scheduled top-ups, if there are any on the account.

Sorry but this path is not as appearing as you mentioned. Please share the correct path or a direct link to cancel scheduled top ups

Hi there @NadiaLag I'd be happy to help you with this, please let me know what you see when you log into your My3 account. Do you have the options for 'Top Up Now' and 'Schedule Top Up'?

Thank you, I sorted it out. I dont remember the section, but I got a green sign stating the top up was cancelled
