How to remove a card from your top-up options?

So my card expired, and on the My3 app I can't seem to remove it. It's not in 'Manage Services', 'Manage Profile', or 'Details and Preferences.

And it definitely isn't in the topping up section as other support topics have stated , there's only 'Add Card'

Hi @Add_45326 welcome to 3Community.

You're right the edit and delete option is only available on the web version of My3. If you click here and log in you'll get the option to edit, delete and add.

Hi @Oisin_54287 and welcome to 3Community 😊

To delete or update your card you need to log in to My3 through a browser, then click 'Top Up' then 'Manage Cards' and then you'll see the option to edit or delete your current card.  Please give it a try and let me know how you get on.

Thats very strange @Dylan_07363 have you tried to access your payment method through your My3 app? So when you log into your My3 account you click Top up now and on the top up page you select Payment Methods to see your card details. Do you have any option on this page, like edit Add?
