I am being charged for phone calls with 3 prepay 20

Hi, I have been charged around 20€ on national calls even if I have 3 prepay 20, which includes unlimited calls. Anyone has the same issue?

Hey @Cristina_39199 thanks for posting here, When you are on the 3Prepay 20 Plan once you top up by €20 your credit is deducted from your balance to activate your plan. When you have active allowances you receive Unlimited Three to Three calls and 60 minutes to other networks and landlines so if you go over this allowances the remaining calls are deducted from your balance.

Hi, Thank you for your answer. However, I didn't use all of my allowance and it's not clear from when this is calculated. This is what's showing on my account.

Thanks @Cristina_39199, the allowances that you are seeing there are your Three to Three calls, if you click on View Allowances you will be able to see all of your allowances including the 60 minutes included in your plan for calls to other networks and landlines. I would recommend checking this as it sounds like you have used these allowances and are being charged for calls to other networks and landlines.
