Hi I am having issues regarding my pre pay account and topping up.
I recently got a new bank card and went to top up today via phone, I went to enter my new card details and I was told an error had occurred. I checked my card details and tried again, still wouldn't work, I tried a different card of mine and still had the same issue. All these cards are in date and details correct.
I attempted to use the my3 website to top up and I could not add a new card.
Whenever I try to manage my cards, it always comes back to the same page:
"Register Payment details "
Even if I register all my details, it tries to make me top up but my only options of payment are my old cancelled debit cards.
When I click on Manage Payments, I get taken back to the same page with no option to register or delete payment details.
This is very frustrating. Some help would be appreciated.

1. Have you attempted to top up since yesterday?
2. Did you try to top up via the instant top up or through your My3 account and the top up button on your dashboard?
3. In Manage Cards Tab how many cards are registered? & do you have the option to Edit or Delete?
