@Anne_03688 Hi there & welcome to our 3Community. Is your plan our 3 PrePay €20 plan? If so, when you top up by €20 in one go it activates your plan & gives you the benefits for 28 days. If you need to make a call to a number that isn't included with your plan you would need to apply some credit to your account. If you do need to top up by an extra amount to make calls outside of your plan I would suggest topping up by less than €20 so that your plan isn't reactivated & you have credit to make calls.
