How to view past top-up? Need it for tax relief

Hi, I'm a prepay customer and I'm looking to get some tax relief on the internet expense from 2021 and 2019. However the I can't see to view the top up history past 3 months. Is there any way i can get some forms of proof of payment? Please help! Thank you!

@Emma_18164 Hi Emma & welcome to the 3Community. You can view the last 6 months' top-ups from your My3 account. When you're looking at the top-up history section of your My3 account you should see 'SHOW DETAILS' below the graph. This will give you the last 6 months' usage.

For any older top-ups I would suggest contacting our chat team directly to request these. Click here to speak with them.
