I topped up with 20 euro but I still had 15 days remaining from the previous one, I would like to know if is possible to have a refund or at least a way that I would not lose this 15 days from the previous top up
Hey @Semuel_20508 thanks for posting here. Once you top up by €20, your plan would have been activated from the date of the top up and wouldn't be refundable.
