Money from top up went no where

I topped up my plan today by 15 euro, then tried to top up by 15 again to give myself credit for an add-on (why can't you just directly buy add-ons??)

The second top up just went straight into reactivating my plan 20 minutes after I topped it up, so 3 have practically stolen 15 euro from me. Is there any way to get it back for get the credit I payed for??

Hi there @Jack_63274. Prepay plans are automatically activated anytime you top up by the required amount. So if you're looking to add credit so that you can get an add-on I'd recommend topping up by less than you plan amount. 

I'd be happy to take a look and see what we can do about your second top up, I'll just need you to pop me a PM with your name, number, full address and date of birth.
