My Prepay Balance is suspect

Hi,

 

I have a Prepay account to which I have an automatic top-up occurring every 28 days of 20 Euro.  I haven't been checking my account until today, I now see the balance is mismatched, potentially incorrect. One figure says 113.16, the top up history says 140.44.  I also see Three Care Top Up deducted 6.71 from my account and then a few weeks later put it back into the account.  As there is no way to view call history, I feel that there is something woefully wrong in tallying my credit.  I don't use my phone much in terms of phones calls i.e. barely 1 or 2 a month for a couple of minutes. I do make phone calls to a gate access system which doesn't connect, merely hangs up.

 

Can someone look into this matter for me?

Hey @Add_90448  , Welcome to the 3Community 🙂

 

I'll be happy to help you here. When you are on the My3 dashboard on Three.ie you will be able to see a link called View History beside your balance. Here you will be able to view your top-up history for the past 3 months along with any credit that is due to expire within the next 180 days if it has not been used. At the bottom of this screen under My Top Up Details, you can also view your last 6 months of Top ups and if credit has been deducted from your balance also.
