Hi. I have been with 3 prepay for a few years now. Whenever i topped up by 20 i would still have 20 credit at the end of the month. 

It was adding up as i wasnt using it up. Then suddenly it disappeared.  did three change my plan without my agreement??? Seems odd...  how do i get my old plan reinstated and the credit money reinstated???

@Rod Hi there, can you check My3 for your plan name? Is it 3 Prepay 20 or 3Prepay? Let me know and we'll go from there 👍

@Rod thanks for the reply. When was the last time you topped-up? Have you been making calls outside of the plan? 

 

3Prepay has Unlimited calls to Three customers and Unlimited text to Irish Mobile numbers along with All You Can Eat Data.

 

Can you check "events" in My3 and see if there are any charges there? Maybe there are extra calls to non-Three customers, subscriptions to app stores, international calls?

 

I have been tolping up every month . No outside spend of any real significance. It seams clear that 3 changed my plan without my permission and mow eats my credit at the end of every month.

How can i get my original plan reinstated and my credit restored?

@Rod I'm sorry you feel that way, and no changes can be made on your account without your expressed permission. You mentioned your plan is 3Prepay, this is a legacy plan that hasn't been available for some time now. So to put your mind at ease, it's an indication that your plan hasn't been changed. 

 

The main reasons of credit depletion are ( possible solutions) 

  • not topping up in time to activate your plan
  • usages outside your plan

To check which applies to you, can you please confirm your last top-up date? And how much was spent on usage outside of your plan? 

 

Last top up 5 feb. I monitored my credit at 1150 pm. By the next morning my credit was taken. This has been happening for a long time. My phone was off.

Three are clearing my credit every month. 

Thanks for that @Rod. I'm unsure how much of your credit was used. Was it the full top-up?
