My credit has disappeared

On Tuesday, I had pay-as-you-go credit of 9euro 72 cents. I tried to make a call to a freephone number this afternoon and before I was connected I was told that my balance was 1 cent. I didn't make any calls in the meantime, and I didn't use any data. Is there any chance that a 3 representative could check this for me?

Hi there @David_77963, and thanks for reaching out to us here on 3Community. Strange that the credit disappeared without any activity. Is there any chance that the credit has expired? Not sure if you're aware or not, but credit is valid for 180 days. Do you know when you last topped up? If you pop me a PM with your name, number, full address & date of birth I'd be happy to take a look at your account and the credit. 

 

Thank you Stacey, I didn't know that. It's been a few months since I last bought credit. If I topped up just before the 180 day valid period runs out, would I still be able to keep all of the remaining credit or would the old credit still be taken from me?
