My phone won’t work at all from Mexico

Hello, I can’t make any calls or send any texts (or access any data) since I got to Mexico. I’ve topped up a few times and haven’t been able to do anything so I’ve used no credit, but still I can’t use my phone at all. Why is this happening? I can’t contact 3 support to help
