Hey @Chloe_42789 I'd love to help you with the above query. If you are looking to activate your plan you will need to top up by the activation amount on your plan. You won't be able to use the available credit on your account to activate a plan however you will be able to use this on out of bundle charges and other services that accept 3Pay here.
