My prepay topped up my phone twice

I have the prepay 20 plan and I have it set to automatic top up each month I've gotten two texts today telling me it's topped up my phone twice today , I checked my bank account and its taken the full 40euro out is there anyway I can get 20 euro back from the other top up that I didn't want or need?

@Marie_Arch92 I'd love to have a look into this for you, are both top-ups showing as complete or pending? If they are both complete pop me a PM with your details (name, number, full address & date of birth), If one or both are pending then this transaction will drop back into your account. This normally takes 7-10 working days depending on your bank.
