Scheduled Top Up Failed

Hey Team,

 

My scheduled top up did not apply, I got a text saying it failed. It meant the credit I had wiped out. Support said to do it manually for today so my two questions are:

  1. If I top up, will my next auto top up change to 28 days from now? (currently says June 4th)
  2. Can I get the credit back before this failed top up?

Topped up - changed my scheduled.

 

Any chance I can get that credit back? 🙂
