my scheduled top up did not take place, accepted as error between bank/three after very lengthy message interaction on line (not this forum). It was agreed that my credit of approx 140euro be reinstated and I have a screenshot to confirm this. However this has not happened - I've had to top up again meantime.
Please advise how do I get this credit back ?
