No 5G

Hi, I'm on 3Pay Hero, 5G was working fine a few couple of months ago but lately it's not working. I never see the 5G signal on my phone, I'm in Athlone town and should have 5G most of the time.

I also tested side by side with my brother (also on 3) and he had 5G signal no problem. Phone settings defo has 5G enabled.

Any way someone can check my ac to see if it's no enabled or something?

@Gerry_67566 Hi Gerry & welcome to the 3Community. Le's check on your 5G service for you. Can I get your Eircode to check on the 5G signal in your area? I'll also need the make & model of your phone to check it's 5G ready. Before you noticed the loss of your 5G signal had you changed any settings in your phone?

Hi Shane, I never get a 5G signal atm, regardless of location and even if I'm sitting beside someone else who has a Three SIM and has a 5G signal.

Handset is a Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G
