We are on holiday from the US and purchased a prepaid SIM for an unlocked old iPhone we had. It was the promotional €20 card with all you can eat data. I was told it would work when crossing into Northern Ireland. As soon as we crossed the border I received a text welcoming me to the UK and informing me my plan allotted for 14gb of data while there. Problem is I could not get any type of data connection. Tried switching data on and off, toggling airplane mode several times and rebooting the phone. Any help on troubleshooting the issue. We are using the phone for navigation and it is useless now
