No service

Hi I’m just wondering why I’m getting a service but not at the same time. I have a top up but I’m getting no 3G 4g or 5g. But my bars are full it’s really confusing

Well I can send text messages no problem. But I can’t call. I can get a single but it doesn’t show any 3G 4g 5g it’s just the bars. This happened a few weeks ago

@Ryan_04060 Thanks for the update! Next question is have you tried your SIM in another phone? If not, can you try that? This will tell us if the SIM or the phone is the culprit.
