I have an issue where non three customers can't ring me I also don't receive one time passwords. I contacted help and they had me do a system reset, that didn't work so I have got a new SIM card and the issue is still there.

Do you know if the non Three customers are receiving an error? and to the best of your knowledge is it all non Three customers? Are you able to call them? Have you ever been able to receive a one-time password? Also, let me know how long this has been happening 😊
