Hi team,
I believe there used to be a notification text sent out when credit was approaching the 180 day expiry limit. I last see I received one in October for instance.
My plan allows me to top up by 20 euro a month, keep 20 euro credit, and have almost all my call/data/text usage covered by the allowances. As such I expect to build up a credit balance, which is in danger of expiring over time if I do not put it to use.
Two questions:
My suspicion is that the text notifications have been discontinued and I have allowed some credit expire without me using it. My usage outside my plan allowances continues to be minimal, but my credit has stayed at a similar level for the past several months. I observe a pattern of starting balance X, top up by 20 to get to X+20 each month, but then at the next month top up the starting balance is back to close to X suggesting some has expired in the mean time).
Thanks,
Stephen
Hi @Add_94874 thanks for reaching out to us here on 3Community.
Yes, text alerts for credit expiry still exists, and I'd be happy to investigate this but I'll need you to PM me your name, number, full address and date of birth so that I can get the ball rolling.
You can see your top up details in your My3 account, just click Balance Details on your dashboard . Click here for a guide on where to find it.
