Bought a new phone last Sunday, had to get a new sim for it too. Was told to register it online. Did that and said it would take a few hours to switch over. That was 5 days ago. Went back to the store today and was told I probably answered a question wrong and that's why they haven't changed over the number. Was told it couldn't be sorted in the shop and that I would have to come here to look for help. So can anyone help me?
