Porting Failed

Hi,

 

I am trying to port my number from Three to Vodafone and the process is stuck for some reason. I am currently a prepay user for Three Hero plan, therefore I have no contract with Three and it's been over 10 days I am trying to get this sorted and nobody can fix this, either online, on the phone or in store.

I submitted the request to happen on the 24th of April and since has failed or got stuck.

 

I am within my rights to port my number and I demand this to be fixed otherwise I will escalate this complaint to ComReg and CCPC. You guys are unlawfully holding my number for a very extensive period so far.

 

I have a case number of my last conversation if that helps REQ000000234666.
