Porting of number failed & complete loss of service

Hi,

 

I bought a 3 Prepay Hero plan yesterday and today I had my number scheduled to be ported at 3pm. After 3pm my data is not working and can’t place any calls/texts. I have a complete loss of all sim functions. I can receive calls and texts on the temporary number that came with the SIM card which indicates the temporary number is active.

However, my three account says the ported number from my old provider is active. I have been into a Three shop who confirmed the number was ported but when checking my plan was given an error. I was given a support ticket number 175699. 

I believe the port was corrupted/split ported from looking at other posts with the same issues. I need a phone for work and was told it would be 24/48 hours before I’d expect a reply. I need a phone ASAP.
