Porting to Three number issue

Hi, I transferred my number from 48 IE to Three yesterday and received the following text: Please insert your Three SIM card into your phone. We will send you a text to confirm when you have joined our network.

The SIM is already inserted. I tried re-starting and re-putting the SIM but I still haven't received any confirmation text.

I also have a Three SIM but I wanted to use my 48IE number and transfer that to Three, that's why I'm doing the porting. Is it probably related to the other Three number?

It seems the issue has been resolved. I have contacted the Chat support and
they helped me complete the porting.
