Hi I have days left of three 20 euros plan and my data doesn't work. there was no text message anymore about expiration.
I topped up on 14th Oct and it didn't work from 8th Nov
So I topped up one more on 8th Nov
From today 24th Nov, the network doesn't work again.
I still have 13days left on my plan..
The 20 euros plan is 28days could you figure out what happens?

Do you have any mobile data signal indicators on the top of your screen like 5G or 4G? Are you having any difficulties with calls and texts? Are you having difficulties connecting on one specific location or everywhere you go? And finally I know this may sound silly but you'd be surprised how many people forget to give it a try, have you switched your phone off and on?
