I purchased a 3 Prepay Hero SIM card, and while registering I was able to get a booster from the start, which is working. However, when I want to add another one, the "Manage Services" part on My3 is empty, and I cannot either manage active boosters, or add a new booster.
Is this intended, or is this a bug?

To further investigate why some of your texts are not being received by your family I'll need to have our technical team look into this. Can I get you to PM me examples of texts you sent that you know the family didn't receive, if you could include the number you texted along with the date & time you sent the message that'd be great.
