@Add_09022 sorry to hear that you are leaving! Can you tell me why you couldn't move that number to Eir. There's no reason that we'd stop you from porting. Have you been in contact with the other provider and given your details for the post? If so, they take it from there and will be able to advise you why the port failed - if that is the case. Usual reasons would be, incorrect address, line status mismatch ( single or multii)
Hi I’m having this very same problem for over a couple of weeks now. You were unable to change my account from multi prepay to single prepay so that I could port my number to eir. They keep getting an error message saying ‘multi line mismatch’
please help
