Prepay plan 15 receive texts from EU number

Hi, I am on a prepay plan 15. Can I not receive texts from any EU number until I am outside the ROI? Thanks

Hi @jtimoney_08576 the plan you are on doesn't effect receiving texts. I'd be happy to look into this for you.

How long have you had difficulty receiving texts? Is it all international texts or is it specific numbers or countries? Are you able to receive international calls?
