€10 free credit not added to account

I got an email saying that "We’ve added €10 free credit to (my phone number). You now have €10 free credit to use however you like on any extra calls, texts or even on your favourite apps*." also a text saying "€10 free credit will be added to your account within the next 24 hours. It can be spent on calls, texts and data, or to purchase apps, games and services in the App Store or Google Play Store." but this credit isn't showing on my account. Both the text and the email seem legit so I don't understand what's going on.

@0kromy1 Hi there & welcome to the 3Community. Can I get you to check your My3 account & let me know if you see the €10 credit being added yet?

 

If it hasn't can I get you to PM me your number, full name, address, & date of birth to validate your account? 

 

You'll need to increase your rank to send PMs. You can increase your rank by commenting on posts, creating new posts, & kudos/liking comments. Once you rank up you'll get a message to notify you & you'll need to log out & back into the Community & you'll be able to PM us directly.
