I'm on prepay and it says I'm eligible for a upgrade but it just asks me to choose a phone and after that it takes me to payment. Can someone please explain to me how a prepay upgrade works.
Welcome to 3Community @KeyPands422, Prepay upgrades are nice and straightforward, discounts have already been added so you just need to select the phone that you want. Don't forget to check and see if there are any gift-with-purchase offers available with any of the phones you like for example, the Samsung Galaxy S23 comes with free Galaxy Buds at the moment.
