Hi everyone,

Is it possible with my prepay from 3 buy apps on playstore "for free"?

Because I have friends and they just put 20 euros per month. They can assign youtube premium for example, and pay nothing for this.

From what you're describing your friends could be on our legacy plan which is our 3Prepay plan. With this plan when you topped up the credit was added to your account as a balance for you to use to purchase apps or make calls to other networks. Purchasing apps wasn't free you were using your credit balance to do it.

Log into your My3 account & check if your plan is listed as 3Prepay or if it's listed as one of our newer plans 3 Prepay15, 3 Prepay 20 or 3 Prepay 30. If it's listed as any of our new plans then when you top-up your credit is drawn-down to activate your full plan allowances.

The answer is yes and no,  No for if you are on prepay 20 euro plan , when you top up 20 euro it will be used to activate your balance so you wont have 20 euro credit anymore as you use to have with legacy 20 euro plans, they are long gone and three is doing all their best tricks to get people off that plan by calling them offering fancy new bill lines and prepay plans without mentioning that they will lose that credit. 

Yes for, after topping up 20 euros , if you up up again 5-10-15 euros it will be added as credit, but becareful if you are on 20 euro plan never top up 20 euros before your cycle ends, system will just renew your 28 days of period it will not be added as credit.  I had to learn all these in very hard way,  had phone call from three support and they explained that new prepay 20 euro plan has phones call to any network instead of only there to three, but they never ever mentioned that I would use to 20 euro credit benefit, They have literally tricked me to switch and cant go back to old line now.
