Prime Video Canceled due to not enough credit

Hi there 

I was just wondering if any one could help I was subscribed to Prime Video and it was being deducted from my credit but last month, I toped up late and my subscription was canceled and is showing this -

"Amazon Prime Video"

Good Day @LauraH sorry for the late reply, I can't remember who I chatted to but I see a there are a few tickets opened for the matter.

No I don't see the option to add it again. Only for kindle and a few other things
