Roaming add on delays

Hi - how long on average do roaming data add ons take to activate? I purchased one this morning at 4:33am but still haven't received an order confirmation email, however credit was taken from my account. The extra data is vital as I'm due to travel internationally within the next hour. Many thanks for the help.

Hi there, @kimkoi. Have you confirmed that the add-on has applied to your My3 account? You can see this by clicking My3 account on the home screen and then going to 'My Add-on'. As the credit has been taken, it sounds to me like the add-on is ready, so it'll activate once you connect to a roaming network.
