Scheduled top up charged twice

I topped up my phone and set a scheduled top up that I thought would be charged for next month. However, I was charged twice on the same day. Can I get a refund?

@Add_07641 Hi there, can you let me know if the scheduled top-up went through twice or is it a case that you topped-up via another channel, then set up the schedule top-up and accidently put the month to November instead of December?
