Scheduled top-up not applied. Credit gone

Hey,

 

My scheduled top-up didn't get applied today like it was meant to. That meant my existing credit was used up on data almost immediately without warning.

 

I got an email a while ago about the schedules being messed up recently but it was rectified and fixed to the right day and looking at the page it says it should have been applied today.

 

Can someone help resolve this?
