This is Katie_04727. I am now living in Australia so I can't call 1913. My bill pay contract has expired but I am still paying direct debit. I would like to switch from bill pay to prepay so that I can have the same number when I return to Ireland. I have just applied through my3 to have my phone unlocked also. Can someone please help me with this switch via email/chat? Thanks
