Three prepay 20 and 3pay

I am not sure if existed a previous three prepay or is it because it was first topup but here is following:
(1) friend of mine recommended me moving to three as i could topup 20 EUR and those 20 eur could be used on Google store
(2) i purchased today SIM card and paid 20 eur and currently my credit is 0 EUR and 28 days with benefits of prepay active
(3) i tried to purchase via 3pay on google store and said i had insuficient funds, which means that (1) is incorrect

questions now that i have is:
- Next time i topup will those +20 EUR be deducted in order to have the prepay benefits and therefore not be able to use it?

As you're new to Three you're most likely on 3 Prepay 20, this is a draw-down plan meaning when you top up by €20 it will automatically be drawndown to activate your plan. For more information on this please look at our blog All About: Prepay Plan Activation.

It sounds like your friend is on one of our legacy plans, which is why the plans act differently after a top up.
