Hi I have just topped up my child’s pre pay phone . It’s in my name and I topped up it’s first time using the mi 3 app from my phone logging into my account and it shows their number. However no credit has been applied yet I recieved a messege in app saying it was successful . It’s first time I have had to top up and I wasn’t required to enter a phone number as doing it directly from the mi 3
Account in question I assumed it would be automatical . I also scheduled a top up every 28 days but this is showing as due tomorrow
