Topped up today through my bank and it never applied

Hi, I topped up today by 25 euro and after topping up I got sent a text saying my balance was zero. I restarted my phone and reset network settings and still never applied. 

I topped up through AIB banking and the money has 100% left the account 

Any help is appreciated
