Hi there I accidentally topped up twice on my Wi-Fi which runs on 3 network
I thought the first top up didn't go through so I topped up for the second time but when I checked my bank account €40 was taken when it's supposed to be just €20
Is there any chance for me to get my €20 back?

Have both top ups completed on your account? You can double check this in your My3 account and clicking on Balance Details. Once top ups have completed their non-refundable but I'd be happy to take a look at your account just PM me your name, number, full address and date of birth.
