Topped up with two vouchers.

Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone can help me. Today I was in the shop and needed to top up by 20 and the guy in the shop said he had 2 vouchers already printed. One for 15 and one for 10 and I said I needed 20 for my offer and he said I could use both of them and the offer will still work but after topping them both up a few hours ago my offer doesn't seem to have activated. Is there a way I can activate it now or have I just wasted 25 euro for nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

@Add_08621 I'm very sorry to hear that! You were right in this case that you needed to top-up by €20 to activate the plan, and that's €20 in one go! Not, two separate top-ups as you have discovered.
