Topping up with an international credit card?

I live outside ireland but am a frequent visitor.  My phone can take 2 SIMs; last week while in Dublin I put in a three.ie prepay SIM in the second slot and it worked.    I paid for one month.   I'd like to top it up again before my next visit in a few weeks, but the website doesn't seem set up to take my US-based credit card - seems to use Irish address formats only.   I did find a support page that gives a IBAN for paying a bill for a postpay account, but it's not clear if I can use this IBAN for top-ups.   Anyone know?  Or have a better idea for getting this done?

Thanks in advance.

@Woodwell Hi there & welcome to the 3Community 😊 Our top-up service does accept US-based credit cards, for the address you can enter the address of where you'll be staying. Not to worry the address you enter won't affect your top-up.

The best way to top-up is the instant top-up section here. The reason you're unable to download the My3 app is due to the app store location is set in the US. You can change this in the settings but this may cause other apps you've downloaded to stop working so I would advise not changing this setting. You can still access the web version of the My3 app. If you have any other questions let me know.

(One more note - I don't have the three.ie app since it's not available in my view of the apple app store)

Thanks.  The link you provided worked for me, I have added a top-up, much appreciated!

[As feedback that may be useful, the path that fails, still: I logged into three.ie/my3 and hit the "top-up" button on the customer dashboard.  The next page (https://mytopup.three.ie/Registered/Registration) does not allow country entry.  I tried using an irish address with a us credit card, and it did not work]

@Woodwell Thanks for getting back to me & glad to hear that the link worked for you.

I will pass along your feedback to have this checked out with our My3 team.
