This morning I was unable to do anything online so I checked my credit and it was displaying at 0.0 euro, I got WiFi and topped up, I then got the message stating I had my 20 euro credit. This would not actually allow me internet access, I was then asked if I had not just topped up, I checked and I had topped up on the 28th of March, therefore my credit should have still been active for another week.
I've had the exact same issue this morning, I have 9 days left on my plan and my detailed usage showed a €15 data charge for last night even though I'm well within the fair use of the unlimited data and my plan should not have expired yet.
I’m having the same problem, topped up 28th of February and this morning suddenly being told my plan has expired although it should last for 28 days.
