Unable to change to €15 hero pre pay plan

Hi Can I get changed to the €15 Hero plan as I,m unable to activate it myself.

@John_14532 Hi John, unfortunately, I can't change you to the 3 Prepay Hero plan. Our 3 Prepay Hero plan is not available for current customers. This plan is only available for new customers joining Three for the first time or moving to Three from a different network.
